Jose Flores brings more than 20 years of specialized information technology and telecommunications experience to his transit systems engineering work at Acumen Building Enterprise, Inc., a U.S. Navy veteran-founded and minority-owned professional engineering consulting firm. In his consulting roles at Acumen, Jose brings extensive experience in supporting and maintaining transit systems projects and identifying and resolving complex communication system challenges. Fluent in English, Spanish and French, Jose plays an important part in supporting Acumen’s mission to improve transportation infrastructure and mobility throughout the world.
