Theodora Oyie, MBA, is the founder and CEO of Mindful Integration of Construction Services, (MICS), a Los Angeles based, award-winning and multi-disciplinary consulting firm that champions economic empowerment, diversity, equity and inclusion in Construction.  MICS is a small, African-immigrant, woman-owned business.

With a deep understanding of the Construction industry's business development best practices, LA County's workforce outreach and engagement, diverse businesses subcontracting barriers and successes, prevailing wage compliance, project labor agreements, Theodora Oyie, MBA, has been crafting and communicating effective strategies, connecting with diverse audiences, nurturing a reputation that fosters meaningful dialogue and resonates on a personal level, bridging gaps and building community consensus. Ms. Oyie's background reflects comprehensive experiences cultivated from past senior management roles in Construction Management, combined with her current chapter as a small-business owner, Ms. Oyie, is widely recognized as the go-to person in the realm of community engagement; specifically, in steering project teams to exceed local workers and diverse businesses participation objectives. For more than twenty years, her leadership skills and expertise have propelled her to the forefront of multiple high-profile projects that yielded award-winning results. Ms. Oyie is a strong advocate for partnerships that deliver economic empowerment, advancement for women, disenfranchised populations, and veterans to meaningfully transform families.

Ms. Oyie possesses a MBA from the University of Southern CA, and a Bachelor of Arts from UC Riverside.
